Timothy J. Brunnock
Timothy J. Brunnock graduated from Villanova University and received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar as well as the New York Bar. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a Master of the Worrall F. Mountain Inn of Court, and presently serves as a State Appointed Superior Court Arbitrator. He is certified by the NJ Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.

Brian P. Fleming
Brian P. Fleming graduated from Seton Hall University and received his law degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Law. He has served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Law and Accounting at William Paterson College. He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and is an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He presently serves as a State appointed Superior Court Arbitrator.

Michele Mordkoff
Michele Mordkoff graduated from the State University of New York at Albany and received her Juris Doctor at Emory University School of Law, where she received a merit scholarship. She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, New York Bar and Connecticut Bar. She is also admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court. In her designation as "Of Counsel" to the firm, she presently manages the firm's New York litigation practice.

Elizabeth H. Smith
Elizabeth H. Smith graduated from Perdue University and received her Juris Doctor at DePaul University. She has served as an Assistant Prosecutor for Morris County New Jersey, as a member of the District X Ethics Committee, and as Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association. She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar as well as the Indiana and Illinois Bar. She is a member of the Morris County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Worrell F. Mountain and Central Jersey Inns of Court (Master). In her designation as “Of Counsel” to the firm, she presently manages the firm’s criminal litigation practice. She is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Criminal Trial Attorney.
