The partners at Brunnock & Fleming are former insurance company defense attorneys who now specialize in personal injury law, accident litigation and wrongful death matters, with over twenty years combined experience. We represent seriously injured people and the families of those who have been injured or died as a result of automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents, fall down injuries, defective products, toys or machines, on the job injuries and medical malpractice.

Our criminal law department is headed by Elizabeth H. Smith, a former Prosecutor who has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Criminal Attorney, who specializes in criminal law. We represent people charged with felonies or indictable offenses, as well as other serious types of crimes.

The firm's other major area of practice involves municipal court trial work, representing clients charged with serious automobile related offenses that could have far reaching affects on their lives. Such charges may include driving while intoxicated, driving with no insurance, driving while suspended or revoked, speeding, careless or reckless driving, as well as all other offenses involving motor vehicle points or surcharges.

Our attorneys practice law in all Municipal, State and Federal courts in New Jersey, on both the trial and appellate levels. As active members of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association, the firm's partners are well recognized advocates throughout the central and northern counties of New Jersey. Additionally, certain members of the firm are licensed to practice law in New York, representing clients through our New York office located at the Empire State Building, 350 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York.

At Brunnock & Fleming, we have the technology and research capabilities of large firms, yet we have purposely remained small enough to provide personal attention to each and every client and their unique legal circumstances.

Because of our expertise, attorneys from New Jersey, New York and other states often refer cases to us for handling. Much of our success, however, can be attributed to our clients, as over 90% of our new cases come from those for whom we have already done legal work. Our reputation is built on our results and performance, the trust and respect of fellow lawyers and, most importantly, the confidence of our clients.
